近来,超声波诊断和唾液腺造影及CT一样广泛用于唾液腺肿瘤的诊断,而且随着诊断装置的改善及超声波的高频化,诊断准确度不断提高,诊断基准也在改变。本文对超声波图像检出唾液腺肿瘤及良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别准确率进行了研究。 从2500例接受超声波检查的病例中,选择被诊断为唾液腺肿瘤的69例为研究对象(腮腺肿瘤53例,颌下腺肿瘤14例),其中良性57例、恶性12例。 使用中心频率为7.5MHz的探头进行超声扫描,并记录图像。
Recently, ultrasound diagnosis and salivary gland angiography and CT are widely used in the diagnosis of salivary gland tumors. With the improvement of diagnostic devices and the high frequency of ultrasound, diagnostic accuracy has been continuously raised and diagnostic criteria have also changed. In this paper, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound imaging in detecting salivary gland tumors and benign and malignant tumors was studied. Of the 2500 cases who underwent ultrasonography, 69 cases diagnosed as salivary gland tumors were selected as study objects (parotid gland tumor in 53 and submandibular gland tumor in 14), of which 57 were benign and 12 were malignant. Use a probe with a center frequency of 7.5 MHz to perform an ultrasound scan and record the image.
