近年来,乡镇干部在中国人眼里似乎成了招人嫌的对象,一些嘲笑的民谣也随之而来,什么“喝白酒、打白条……”什么“一天一只鸡,三天一头羊……”乡镇干部之所以成了众矢之的,不可否认有一部分乡镇干部腐败或者工作作风粗野等原因,但乡镇干部直接与中国社佥最基层的群众打交道也是一个直接原因。本期“公务员手记”记述的是两名乡镇干部的故事,也许通过他们的酸甜苦辣,我们更能读懂“乡镇干部”的内涵。
