化学成分(%)为As12~14、FE0.7、Pb11.1、Sb0.09及Sn66.45。
Crude tin refining, with condensate method of arsenic, iron, output “cinder.” Dark gray and green, powder, charcoal clip ash. Chemical composition (%) As12 ~ 14, FE0.7, Pb11.1, Sb0.09 and Sn66.45. Coking process has been used in the factory to treat charcoal residue, in order to burn arsenic to recover tin. However, when the temperature rises above 700 ℃, the carbon residue begins to partially melt, which hinders oxidation and arsenic removal. In the absence of a more suitable solution, the cinders are sent to a reverberatory furnace and melted into crude tin. Most of the arsenic returns to the next batch of cinders, causing arsenic to cycle back and forth during the smelting of tin.
