胶体量子点太阳能电池作为三代太阳能电池,因其制备过程简单以及可柔性化等特点使其成为光电子器件研究热门领域之一.值得注意的是胶体量子点作为太阳能电池有源层构建材料其表面钝化对器件性能输出有至关重要的影响.为此,本文简述最近器件级胶体量子点表面钝化工艺及不同配体对器件性能的影响研究动态,并展望未来发展趋势.“,”As one of the third-generation solar cells,colloidal quantum dot solar cells have attracted huge attentions owing to their simple preparation process and device flexibility.Notably,the surface passivation of the colloidal quantum dots for building the active layer has a critical impact on the device performances.This paper was aimed to briefly describe the recent research progress in surface passivation of the device-graded colloidal quantum dots and the effects of various ligands on device performances,with prospects of the future development trend.
