随着现代新工业的不断发展,高职会计教育要想更好地适应国家和快速增长的经济发展以及社会发展的需要,就需要不断更新教育观念,来引导和推动会计教育改革。在许多外国教育学家看来,成果导向教育理念过程中,既满足了当代学生未来的发展需求,又对学生的综合素养和综合能力进行培养,这些都是以成果导向教育理念引导高职会计教育发展的目的。本文主要介绍了成果导向理念的本质和特点以及实施具体的办法并结合黑龙江会计课程教育案例,更好的用成果导向教育理念引导告知会计教育,使学生的会计课程得到大幅度的提高。
