水产养殖专业生物化学实验教学改革初探

目前我国高等院校很多专业都开设生物化学实验课程,其实验项目和考核方式千篇一律,很少考虑到专业的区别和特色,最终影响各专业的实验教学效果。本文以河南师范大学水产学院生物化学实验课程为例,针对传统实验教学和考核方法的弊端,结合水产养殖专业特点设立课程教学目标,提出通过优化实验教学内容,引入设计性实验,丰富教学方式,加大实验室的开放力度,并建立多元化考核标准的改革方案,以期为水产养殖专业生物化学实验教学提供参考。 At present, many professional colleges and universities in China have set up biochemistry experimental courses, the experimental items and assessment methods are stereotyped, rarely take into account the differences and characteristics of the professional, and ultimately affect the experimental teaching effect of various professions. Taking the experiment course of biochemistry in Fisheries College of Henan Normal University as an example, aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional experimental teaching and assessment methods, this article set up the goal of the course teaching according to the characteristics of aquaculture specialty. It puts forward that through optimizing experimental teaching content, introducing design experiment, enriching teaching methods, Increase the lab’s opening up and establish a diversified assessment standards for the reform program, with a view to aquaculture biochemistry experimental teaching reference.
