去年以来,青铜峡市紧紧围绕邓小平党建理论和党的十五大、十五届三中全会关于加强农村基层组织建设的精神,结合区、市党委工作部署,在认真总结全市近三年农村基层建设经验的基础上,确定了“治党要严,经济要活,社会要稳,风气要正”的工作方略,紧扣“强村富民,建设小康”的总目标,在推行“责任制驱动,一把手带动,创建活动牵动,命名表彰推动”的工作机制
