针对潍坊北部地区卤水资源开发中存在的问题,提出明晰产权、制定规则以及运用市场机制配置资源等手段来有效解决。
Aiming at the existing problems in the exploitation of brine resources in northern area of Weifang, the paper puts forward the solution to the problems of clarifying property rights, formulating rules and using market mechanisms to allocate resources.
