运用开放探究模式要破旧立新,就要敢于否定自我,要努力实现五个转化。一、要由“满堂灌”的旧观念向“以学为主,以教为辅助”新理念的转化。传统的教学方法强调教师示范,学生模仿,教师教在前,学生学在后。尽管对双基的掌握有可取之处,但它未考虑到学生的个性特征和创新能力。而“以学为主,以教为辅”则能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,关注差异,以人为本,以学定教,它突显了学生的主体地位,最大限度地促进学生的发展。教师由课堂的主宰者,变成了学生学习的服务者。虽然只是两个字的互换,但它对学生的人文关怀,却给教育带来了质的变化。
