负重前行的炼化企业步履维艰,几十年计划经济条件下的历史积淀遇到市场经济时代浪潮的冲击,浮现出来的诸多问题都是深层次矛盾的外露。多数炼化企业不景气,中国石油天然气集团公司下属的多家炼化企业陷入大幅亏损的困境,扭亏解困难度不小。面对炼化企业发展中的问题,石油集团提出深化改革,调整结构,通过挖潜增效实现新发展。石油集团主管炼化工作的副总经理任传俊就此接受了本刊记者专访。
Refining and petrochemical enterprises carrying heavy loads have struggled. The historical accumulation under the conditions of planned economy for decades has come under the impact of the wave of the market economy era. Many problems that have emerged are the result of deep-seated contradictions. Most refining companies downturn, China National Petroleum Corporation under a number of refining and petrochemical enterprises plunged into a dilemma of substantial losses, the difficulty of resolving the problem is not small. In the face of the problems in the development of refining and petrochemical enterprises, the oil group proposed to deepen the reform and readjust the structure so as to realize the new development through tapping the potential and enhancing the efficiency. Renzhijun, deputy general manager of refining and petrochemical group, accepted the interview with this reporter.
