银杏酚酸和印楝素合理复配对小菜蛾具有协同增效作用

为了对开发植物源农药提供理论依据,扬州工业职业技术学院科研人员研究了银杏酚酸、印楝素及其复配混剂对小菜蛾2龄幼虫的室内毒力效果。结果表明:银杏酚酸、印楝素复配对小菜蛾幼虫具有协同增效作用,其复配混剂的胃毒最佳配比为1∶7,2天后的致死中浓度为5.53mg/L,共毒系数为287.95;其复配混剂的拒食最佳配比为6∶2,共毒系数为276.15,拒食中浓度为15.17mg/L,增效作用明显。研究人员指出,银杏酚酸和印楝素 In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of plant-derived pesticides, researchers at Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute studied the indoor toxic effects of ginkgolic acid, azadirachtin and their complexing compounds on the 2nd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella. The results showed that the combination of ginkgolic acid and azadirachtin had synergistic effect on the diamondback moth larvae. The optimal ratio of compounding agent was 1: 7, and the lethal concentration was 5.53 mg / L after 2 days. The co-toxicity coefficient was 287.95.
