为使保持共产党员先进性教育活动更好地促进全省修志工作,4月7-8日,省志办、省地方志协会组织省志各承编单位到福建省学习考察,并在厦门市召开了《黑龙江省志》编写研讨会。省志办副主任袁建勋主持会议并讲话,省志办张守春、吕慧芬、柳成栋、娄福恩,《黑龙江省志·卫生志》主编孙显荣,省农垦总局史志办主任史桂霞作了专题发言。福建省志办副主任苏炎灶和厦门市志办主任葛向辉参加会议并介绍经验。
