：
对262例有胸痛等症状而行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查患者的临床资料进行同顾性分析.其巾有糖尿病者79例,无糖尿病者183例.糖尿病者出现斑块及发生狭窄节段数、非梗阻性狭窄

对262例有胸痛等症状而行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查患者的临床资料进行同顾性分析.其巾有糖尿病者79例,无糖尿病者183例.糖尿病者出现斑块及发生狭窄节段数、非梗阻性狭窄节段数、非钙化斑块及钙化斑块节段数均多于无糖尿病者(P值分别为＜0.01,＜0.05,＜0.01和＜0.05),混合斑块节段数比较差异无统计学意义.提示2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度重、非梗阻性狭窄节段数多,类型以非钙化斑块及钙化斑块为主.
