“艺术与消费”是十五届中国雕塑论坛的主题,旨在探讨当下消费时代环境下的文化形态;艺术演变和艺术与经济之间的消费文化逻辑。自中国的艺术市场出现“井喷”以来,艺术与资本之间便步入了一个新的语境,成为时下的热点话题。本届论坛便是切中当下的文化脉搏,提出了“艺术与消费”这样一个问题,以引起对当下不可回避的时代特性中的艺术境遇之探索与争论,以此来梳理和认识文化在中国政治、经济进入全球化时代所应担负的责任、立场、应对措施。这些问题在本栏目所刊的文章中,以不同的视角对这一主题涵义做出了深刻、精到的论述与阐释,刊发于此,以与广大读者“消费”。
“Art and Consumption ” is the theme of the 15th China Sculpture Forum. It aims to explore the cultural forms under the current consumption era, the evolution of art, and the cultural logic of consumption between art and economy.
