目的了解运城市主要医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量,发现存在问题,进一步指导医院消毒工作,控制院内感染。方法对本市各级医院的感染相关科室进行现场采样、实验室检测和资料汇总分析。结论2009~2013年总计采样909份,平均合格率为89.99%,室内空气和医护人员手卫生检测合格率较低分别为42.86%和83.27%。2009年合格率稍低为87.36%,2011、2012、2013年的合格率分别为92.81%、93.13%、92.17%(P>0.05)。三级医院监测合格率分别为91.33%、85.26%、89.72%,市级医院合格率高于县级医院和专科医院(P<0.05)。结论运城市主要医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较好,室内空气消毒和医护手卫生应重视。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of major medical institutions in Yuncheng and to find out the problems, to further guide the hospital disinfection and to control the nosocomial infection. Methods The hospital infection departments at all levels of the city on-site sampling, laboratory testing and data summary analysis. Conclusion A total of 909 samples were collected from 2009 to 2013, with an average pass rate of 89.99%. The passing rate of hand hygiene tests for indoor air and medical staffs was 42.86% and 83.27% respectively. The passing rate in 2009 was slightly lower at 87.36%. The passing rates in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 92.81%, 93.13% and 92.17%, respectively (P> 0.05). The qualified rate of tertiary hospitals was 91.33%, 85.26% and 89.72% respectively. The passing rate of municipal hospitals was higher than that of county hospitals and specialty hospitals (P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of major medical institutions in Yuncheng is generally good, indoor air disinfection and medical hand hygiene should be taken seriously.
