为研究日本血吸虫SjR47 组分抗原诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制,探讨细胞因子TNFα及IL8与SjR47 诱导的保护性免疫力之间的关系,本研究用纯化的SjR47 组分抗原免疫BALB/c 小鼠,攻击感染后0~12wk 测定血清TNFα和IL8 水平的动态变化。实验结果表明,SjR47 可显著影响宿主TNFα水平的表达,推测SjR47 诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制可能与宿主体内TNFα水平的变化有关。
In order to study the protective immunity mechanism of insect-resistant egg granuloma induced by antigen of SjR47 of Schistosoma japonicum and to explore the relationship between TNFα and IL8 and the protective immunity induced by SjR47, we used the purified SjR47 group Divided antigen BALB / c mice immunized to 0 to 12 weeks after challenge to measure the dynamic changes of serum TNF α and IL 8 levels. Experimental results show that, SjR47 can significantly affect the expression of TNF @ level of the host speculated that SjR47-induced protective immunity of insect-resistant egg granulomas may be related to changes in the host body TNF @ level.
