目的建立薜荔中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10∶90);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为280 nm。结果薜荔中儿茶素含量在10.05~90.45μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.01%。结论所建立的方法简便快速、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于薜荔中儿茶素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of catechins in Yingli. Methods The HPLC method was used. The column was Agilent C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (10:90), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the content of catechin and catechin in the range of 10.05-90.45μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 99.17% with a RSD of 1.01%. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of catechin in.
