为了探测激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)的信号,设计了CCD同步光谱测量系统。该系统采用高灵敏度的SonyILX554B线阵CCD作为光谱探测器,运用一种新的驱动方法,可灵活控制CCD的触发延迟时间和光积分时间,从而最大限度地滤除LIBS背景辐射的干扰,得到最佳的原子辐射信号,提高LIBS检测的灵敏度。通过测量各种样品的LIBS信号在不同延迟时间和积分时间时的谱线图,证实其在LIBS宽谱、快速测量中的有效性,为开发低成本LIBS测量仪提供了技术依据。
In order to detect the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) signal, a CCD synchronous spectroscopy system was designed. The system uses a highly sensitive SonyILX554B linear CCD as a spectral detector, using a new driving method that can flexibly control the CCD’s trigger delay time and optical integration time, so as to maximize the interference of LIBS background radiation to filter out the best Of the atomic radiation signal to improve the sensitivity of LIBS detection. By measuring the spectra of LIBS signals of various samples at different delay times and integration times, the validity of LIBS signals in wide-spectrum and fast measurement of LIBS is proved, which provides a technical basis for the development of low-cost LIBS measuring instruments.
