为贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届三中全会精神和《国务院机构改革和职能转变方案》有关要求,江苏省民政厅结合本省实际,制定了《江苏省四类社会组织直接登记管理暂行办法》(苏民规〔2014〕1号,以下简称《暂行办法》)。李立国部长批示指出,该办法对四类社会组织直接登记工作做了制度性安排,符合改革要求,适应业务工作需要,有利于培育发展社会组织,值得各地借鉴。顾朝曦副部长也批示指出,江苏的做法是积极稳妥的,要总结好经验,提供各地借鉴。

Gu Chaoyang Xi, vice minister also pointed out that the practice of Jiangsu is positive and steady, we must sum up good experience, to provide reference throughout.
