本文报道对21只杂种犬静注油酸0.03ml/kg制成RDS模型,注射油酸前及注射后,立即、0.5、1、2、4、6、24小时测血气,作肺动脉造影及摄胸片,对其中13只犬于注射油酸后立即和第6小时给予地塞米松1mg/kg,24小时后活杀,取肺做病理检查。结果:治疗组与对照组在症状及血气方面对比差异不显著;在病理和X线改变方面,治疗组明显地轻于对照组。提示:激素对RDS的治疗是有效的,应早期大剂量使用。
