医院作为与人类生命安全联系最紧密的社会机构之一,其自身质量安全、风险管理水平直接关系到患者的生命安全.人性因素理论认为:人总是会犯错的,人所从事的复杂和危险工作中不可避免地充满风险,而人天生缺乏估计风险和根据风险做决策的能力.医院安全事故不仅会造成医疗纠纷,威胁患者生命安全,降低医院医疗服务质量,还会造成巨大财政开支.因此,提高医院整体安全水平是人类社会发展的必然要求.
