目的 :建立阿丹三滴眼液的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层层析法和高效液相色谱法对丹参和三磷酸腺苷分别进行定性分析 ,用可见分光光度法对硫酸阿托品进行定量分析。结果 :平均回收率为99 9 % ,RSD为2 46 % (n=5)。结论 :本方法简便、准确、专属性强 ,可用于阿丹三滴眼液的质量控制
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Adan three drops. Methods: The qualitative analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza and adenosine triphosphate was carried out by TLC and HPLC, respectively. Atropine sulfate was quantitatively analyzed by visible spectrophotometry. Results: The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 246% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of ADA
