日本扁柏 (Chamaecyparis obtusa S. et Z.)漏脂病病因至今尚未得到圆满解释,目前还不清楚它是否由病原物引起,近几年,由于广泛采用日本扁柏更新造林,以致漏脂病成为最严重的病害之一,但有关这方面的科研论文却很少。 漏脂病的症状是从树皮的各个部位大量流脂。有时导致主干变形,但从未发现整株死亡。从各种现象看来,弄清过度流脂的原因似乎非常重要。 在本研究中,笔者检查了受漏脂病为害的组织切片,并从解剖学观点出发探讨了这种不正常流脂的原因。
