以大连普兰店湾作为研究区域,结合区域潮流场和风场,对高危区域溢油的迁移和归宿进行研究,结合溢油数值模拟结果,提出了应急行动中对周边敏感资源保护的具体措施. Taking Pulandian Bay of Dalian as the research area and the regional tidal flow field and wind field, the research on the migration and fate of oil spill in high-risk area is carried out. Combining the numerical simulation results of oil spill, specific measures for protecting sensitive resources around the area during emergency operation are proposed.
