美国电力系统是当今世界上规模最大的电力网络随着信息与互联网技术在电力系统的广泛应用,加之美国部分落后地区电网基础设施陈旧,测控与保护系统缺少安全防护机制等原因,使美国电网面临着日益严峻的网络威胁形势。为此,美国政府高度重视电力网络的信息安全建设,采取了一系列措施,保障电网安全。本文从美国电力网络发展历程与现状入手,对美国电力网络信息安全形势进行了总结,详细阐述了美国电网信息安全建设的主要举措,以期时我国电力系统的信息安全建设有所帮助。
The United States Power System is the Largest Power Network in the World Today With the widespread application of information and Internet technologies in the power system and obsolete power grid infrastructure in some backward parts of the United States and the lack of security and protection mechanisms in the monitoring and protection system, The increasingly serious situation of cyberthreats. To this end, the U.S. government attaches great importance to the construction of information security in power networks and has taken a series of measures to ensure the safety of power grids.
