针对秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司粗轧、精轧双机架宽厚板轧机运行中,精轧机静止型动态无功补偿器SVC发生故障后,造成停产事故、抢修时间长的问题,对粗轧、精轧SVC系统进行技术改造,通过对控制软件进行改造及增加相应的硬件设备,使粗轧SVC成为精轧SVC的备用设备。实际应用结果表明此次改造对稳定电网电压、缩短抢修时间、保证生产、提高系统抗风险能力有明显的效果。
