目的 :制备芦荟维生素E乳膏并对其质量进行控制。方法 :采用水包油乳膏基质配制。用分光光度法测定芦荟多糖的含量。结果 :芦荟多糖含量测定中 ,吸收度与芦荟多糖的浓度呈良好线性关系。结论 :该制剂配伍合理 ,对皮肤无刺激性 ,质量可控 ,适合医院推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare aloe vera vitamin E cream and to control its quality. Method: Prepared by oil-in-water cream base. Determination of Aloe Polysaccharide by Spectrophotometry. Results: In the determination of polysaccharide content of aloe vera, there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of aloe polysaccharide. Conclusion: The preparation compatibility reasonable, non-irritating to the skin, quality control, suitable for hospital use.
