科技是第一生产力,创新是医院发展的动力,人才是动力的源泉。医院的发展需要人才,而人才的培养有赖于医院的孕育。本文对医学创新型人才的内涵进行阐述,从六方面分析了创新型医院建设中的人才培养。
Science and technology are primary productive forces. Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Talents are the source of power. The development of the hospital needs talents, and the cultivation of talents depends on the nurture of the hospital. This article expounds the connotation of medical innovative talents, and analyzes the cultivation of qualified personnel in innovative hospitals from six aspects.
