在生产过程中,经常遇到计算、计数和预置发讯等问题。例如:变压器线圈的绕制,传送带上产品的流量等都需要计数,并有时要求计到一定数量时发出讯号,使之停机或转到下道工序。目前大多数是采用机械计数器或专用的电子计数器和发讯装置。这种计数器维修量大、体积大、数位少、功能少、成本高,并不易实现停电记忆。在计数和预发讯装置中,常常遇到停电时数宇消失影响生产的问题,本文介绍一种用袖珍电子计算器经过适当的改进做成的具有停电记忆的计数和预发讯装置,在一些要求速度不高、运算简单的条件下,还可做成简单的微处理器,配上输入、输出接口电路和可编程序电路可组成检测仪表及其顺序控制器。总而言之,袖珍计算器不仅做为计算器用在办公室,而在工业生产中也有着广泛的应用前景。
In the production process, often encounter problems such as calculation, counting and pre-sent messages. For example: transformer winding, product flow on the conveyor belt and so need to count, and sometimes require a certain number of signals sent to make it down or go to the next process. At present, most are using mechanical counters or dedicated electronic counters and sending devices. This counter a large amount of maintenance, bulky, less digital, less functional, high cost, power outage is not easy to achieve memory. In counting and pre-sending devices, it often encounters the problem of production disappearing when the power outage occurs. This article introduces a counting and pre-sending device with power failure memory, which is made with a pocket electronic calculator and is properly modified. Some requirements of speed is not high, simple operation conditions, but also can be made into a simple microprocessor, coupled with input and output interface circuit and programmable circuit can be composed of instrumentation and sequence controller. In short, pocket calculators not only used as a calculator in the office, but also in industrial production has a wide range of applications.
