留设合理尺寸的区段大煤柱是确保松软围岩工作面安全高效回采的关键。利用影响煤柱稳定性的两个基本条件:宽度条件与强度条件,给出相应条件下区段煤柱合理尺寸的计算公式。根据汾西矿业集团贺西矿工程地质条件,通过建立FLAC3D数值模型,模拟分析不同宽度的区段煤柱围岩破坏特征和垂直应力分布特征,结果表明:留设的区段大煤柱不是越宽越好,当达到某一值后,即使加宽煤柱对围岩稳定性影响也不会增大。另外计算分析确定出该矿合理区段煤柱尺寸为26m。该研究结果对类似开采条件下的区段煤柱宽度确定具有参考意义。
It is the key to ensure the safe and efficient mining of soft surrounding rock face by setting large coal pillar in reasonable size. Based on two basic conditions that affect the stability of coal pillar: width condition and strength condition, the formula for calculating the reasonable size of coal pillar under the corresponding conditions is given. According to the geological conditions of Hexi mine in Fenxi Mining Group, the FLAC3D numerical model was established to simulate and analyze the characteristics of the surrounding rock failure and the vertical stress distribution of coal pits with different widths. The results show that: The width is better, when reaching a certain value, even widening coal pillar will not increase the stability of surrounding rock. In addition, the calculation and analysis have determined that the pillar size of the reasonable section of the mine is 26m. The result of this study is of reference significance for the determination of the width of coal pillar in the section under similar mining conditions.
