2010年,重庆就成功实施“走出去”的项目投资了50多亿美元,被国家发改委评价为地方企业“走出去”做得最好的地区。今年,重庆市政府明确提出力争全年对外投资达到60亿美元,“十二五”期间海外投资实现300亿美元的目标。近几年来,重庆市一批国有、民营企业把握住后金融危机时代国际资产价格、市场门槛降低的有利时机,瞄准国外比较丰富的矿石、土地、技术等优质资源,抱团“出海”。
In 2010, Chongqing invested more than 5 billion U.S. dollars in the successful implementation of “Going Global” projects and was evaluated by the NDRC as the best place for local enterprises to “go global”. This year, the Chongqing municipal government clearly proposed to strive for an annual foreign investment of 6 billion U.S. dollars and overseas investment of 30 billion U.S. dollars during the “12th Five-Year Plan.” In recent years, a batch of state-owned and private-owned enterprises in Chongqing have grasped the favorable opportunity of lowering the international asset prices and lowering the market threshold in the post-financial crisis era and aiming at the rich foreign resources such as ore, land and technology and holding high quality overseas resources.
