小儿布－加综合征较少见。我科1987～1998年对12例小儿布一加综合征施行了手术治疗，效果满意。资料与方法一、一般资料：男9例，女3例。年龄5～13a。均有下肢浮肿和胸腹壁静脉曲张、脾肿大、腹水。3例有上消化道出血史。均经彩超和下腔静脉造影检查确诊；其中膜式下腔静脉梗阻 Pediatric cloth - plus syndrome is rare.
