大承气汤是《伤寒论》名方,由大黄、芒硝、厚朴、枳实组成,是治疗里实热症、寒下的方剂,笔者临证常用于各种杂病,每获良效,现举例如下。1 泌尿系感染 张某,女,60岁,小便淋沥涩痛6天,心烦口苦,纳呆,脘腹胀满,舌红苔黄,脉滑。尿常规:红细胞(+),脓细胞(++)。证属湿热下注,治以清热利湿、通淋,方选大承气汤加减:大黄(后入)9g,芒硝、枳实、栀子各12g,厚朴、黄芩、木通各6g。服2剂后小便淋痛减轻,又调治4天,症状消失,尿常规检查正常。

Urine routine: red blood cells (+), pus cells (++). Card is a hot and humid bet, rule to heat and dampness, Tonglin, side election Dachengqi Decoction: rhubarb (back) 9g, Glauber’s salt, citrus aurantium, medlar each 12g, Magnolia, Astragalus, wood through the 6g. After taking 2 doses of urine to relieve pain, and treatment for 4 days, the symptoms disappeared, urine routine examination was normal.
