我国现阶段动漫人才培养出现了悖论:企业的人才缺口与学生的就业难现象同时出现。究其原因乃是我国旧有的人才培养模式不能顺应动漫产业升级转型现实需求。动漫产业升级转型的特征和需求指导着动漫教育的专业特点和学科特点的定位。顺应这种定位,我国动漫人才培养模式应建立起“技术技巧培训、艺术能力提升和产业能力开发”三个有机模块。同时,我们还要处理好三大模块之间的逻辑关系:技术是瓶颈,艺术是境界,产业化是出路。
At the present stage there is a paradox in the cultivation of animation talents in our country: the gap between the talents of enterprises and the employment difficulties of students appear at the same time. The reason is that the old talent training mode in our country can not conform to the real needs of the animation industry to upgrade. The characteristics and needs of the animation industry upgrading and transformation guide the specialty and position of animation education. Conform to this orientation, China’s animation talent training mode should establish a “technical skills training, artistic ability to enhance and industrial capacity development,” the three organic modules. At the same time, we have to deal with the logical relationship between the three major modules: technology is the bottleneck, art is the realm, industrialization is the way out.
