并购给企业带来收益的同时也可能带来损失。选取有色金属行业上市公司并购事件为研究对象,运用因子分析法分析相关财务指标,探讨并购带来的协同效应。通过SPSS软件对32起上市公司发生的并购案例进行了具体研究,结果表明:有色金属行业的企业并购带来的协同效应,从短期来看是积极的,从长期来看企业的业绩有下降趋势;同时,经过对数据的整理分析,建立了企业并购协同效应主成分模型,可为相关企业并购提供依据。
Mergers and acquisitions to bring revenue to the business may also bring losses. Choosing M & A events of non-ferrous metals industry listed companies as the research object, using factor analysis method to analyze relevant financial indicators and discussing the synergies brought by M & A. Through SPSS software 32 cases of listed companies M & A conducted a specific study, the results show that: non-ferrous metals industry mergers and acquisitions bring synergies in the short term is positive, in the long run the performance of enterprises have declined At the same time, after analyzing the data, the principal component model of synergies of M & A was established, which can provide the basis for M & A of related companies.
