小学德育教育是国民教育的奠基工程,班级是小学德育教育的主要阵地,小学班主任是班级德育教育的主要实施者,应从以下两个方面增强德育教育的针对性和实效性:树立良好班风,凝聚团体力量;尊重学生差异,共促学生发展。
Moral education in primary school is the foundation work of national education. Class is the main position of moral education in primary school. Primary school teacher is the main implementer of class moral education. The purpose and effectiveness of moral education should be strengthened in the following two aspects: Unite the power of the group; respect student differences and promote student development.
