rn目的观察闭合式肛门内括约肌部分切断术(SIIS)对Ⅲ期肛裂的治疗效果。方法无潜行瘘管的Ⅲ期肛裂患者52例随机分为两组:A组28例,采用闭合式SIIS;B组24例,采用开放式SIIS。比较术后肛门的疼痛、创面愈合时间、治愈率、复发率及创面感染发生率。结果两组均全部治愈。A组术后第1天及首次排便时肛门疼痛明显较B组轻(P0.05)。6个月后回访,A组复发2例(7.4%),B组复发1例(4.5%)。结论闭合式SIIS对肛裂的疗效确切,创面愈合较开放式SIIS快、患者痛苦轻。“,”Objective To observe the outcomes of close sub-incision of internal sphincter(SIIS) in treatment of fissure in ano.Methods Fifty-two adult patients with stage Ⅲ fissure in ano without subcutaneous fistula were divided randomly into two groups of A(28 cases,operated with close SIIS) and B(24 cases,operated with open SIIS).The outcomes were compared between two groups.ResultsThe patients in two groups were all cured well.The pain on the 1st postoperative day and during the first time of defecation was less in group A than that in group B(P<0.01).The wound was healed ealier in group A than that in group B [(14.93±2.04) d vs.(20.04±1.71) d](P0.05).The follow-up showed that 2 cases in group A and 1 case in group B were recurred 6 months after operation.Conclusion Close SIIS is effective in the treatment of fissure in ano,which is better than open SIIS in wound healing and local pain after surgery.
