在我国政府大力发展高等职业教育的战略决策驱动下,各职业教育院校都力求为社会输送高技能应用型人才,不断地进行教学建设改革和教学模式创新的研究,实现自身规模上的跨越。在教学过程中,建立一套科学的评价体系是必不可少的,既能客观全面地记录并考核学生的学习过程,又能激发学生自主学习的积极性和提高学生自我评价、自我约束的能力。通过日常的教学工作可以充分进行学生的学习能力与发展能力的分析与研究,可以将学生学习能力与学生评价模式的研究直接应用于实际教学工作中,并不断地探索和改进,从而建立学生职业成长发展性评价体系。
