以“十一五”期间高校国家社科基金项目立项情况为研究对象,分析项目类别、地区分布、学校分布、学科分布,并与“十五”状况进行比较。发现高校仍是国家社科基金项目的主要承担者,尤其是重点高校;项目立项存在地区分布失衡、学科发展失衡的现象。建议继续加强中西部地区高校资助力度,巩固人文学科的基础地位。 Taking “National Eleventh Five-year Plan” as an example, this paper analyzes the project classification, regional distribution, school distribution and disciplinary distribution and compares it with the “Fifteen” status. It is found that colleges and universities are still the major undertakers of the National Social Science Fund Project, especially key universities. The imbalanced distribution of project projects and imbalanced development of disciplines are found. We suggest that we should continue to strengthen university funding in the central and western regions and consolidate the fundamental position of the humanities.
