研究了冷轧及轧后热处理对LA91镁锂合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧态LA91合金经240℃×60 min退火后,合金开始再结晶。经过280℃×60 min退火后,合金的再结晶完全,较细的α-Mg熔断成球状,较粗的α-Mg变为竹节状组织,β相呈等轴状晶粒;冷轧态LA91合金经退火后,其β相随退火过程不同,{001}立方织构的强度先减弱再增强然后保持不变,{112}<111>织构强度减弱,{111}<112>织构的强度增强。
The effects of cold rolling and post-rolling heat treatment on microstructure and properties of LA91 magnesium-lithium alloy were studied. The results show that the alloy begins to recrystallize after the cold-rolled LA91 alloy is annealed at 240 ℃ for 60 min. After annealing at 280 ℃ for 60 min, the recrystallization of the alloy was complete and the finer α-Mg melted into a spherical shape. The coarser α-Mg became nodular and the β phase was equiaxed. After annealed, the β phase of the LA91 alloy is different from that of the annealed phase. The strength of the {001} cubic texture first decreases then increases and then remains unchanged, the texture strength of {112} <111> weakens and the texture of {111} The intensity is enhanced.
