对超微粒SnO2/ZnO复合薄膜进行了复数阻抗谱法的分析研究。用实验验证了所提出的内部模拟等效电路,并利用表面科学理论加以定性解释,为超微粒子复合薄膜的气敏机理和导电机理的进一步研究提供了新的实验依据。
The complex impedance spectroscopy of ultrafine particles SnO2 / ZnO composite films was studied. The proposed internal simulation equivalent circuit was validated experimentally, and the surface science theory was used to interpret it qualitatively, which provided a new experimental basis for the further research on gas sensing mechanism and conduction mechanism of the ultrafine particle composite film.
