目的:了解淮阴区儿童免疫接种率及信息系统应用情况。方法:利用信息系统获取资料并进行分析。结果:淮阴区适龄儿童4种疫苗单苗基础接种合格率均在90%以上,高于流动儿童。不合格接种主要原因为漏种或未种占76.91%。信息系统设置存在一定问题。结论:尽快推广信息系统,掌握流动儿童接种资料;进一步完善信息系统,确保资料准确。
Objectives: To understand children’s immunization coverage and information system application in Huaiyin District. Methods: Using information system to obtain data and analyze. Results: The qualified rate of single seedling vaccination of 4 kinds of vaccines of school-age children in Huaiyin District was above 90%, higher than that of migrant children. The main reason for unacceptable inoculation was missed or not accounted for 76.91%. Information system settings have some problems. Conclusion: The information system should be popularized as soon as possible, and the vaccination information of floating children should be grasped; the information system should be further improved to ensure the accurate data.
