化学物质的测定一般是使用以光谱学方法为基础的化学分析法和仪器分析法,但使用这些方法,通常需要进行预处理等复杂操作。因此,迫切需要可以直接而又连续测定化学物质的设备或仪器。能满足这种要求的即传感器(Sensor)。在传感器中也有测定物质数量的物理传感器。本文只讨论化学传感器,实际上化学传感器已在使用离子选择性电极和半导体传感器等,可是这些传感器不适于测定生物活性物质之类复杂的有机化合物。
Determination of chemical substances is generally based on spectroscopic methods based on chemical analysis and instrumental analysis, but the use of these methods usually require complex operations such as pretreatment. Therefore, there is an urgent need for equipment or instruments that can directly and continuously measure chemical substances. A sensor that meets this requirement. There are also physical sensors that measure the amount of substance in the sensor. This article only discusses chemical sensors, in fact, chemical sensors are already using ion selective electrodes and semiconductor sensors, but these sensors are not suitable for the determination of bioactive substances such as complex organic compounds.
