目的探讨住院患者手术切口分泌物细菌培养情况,为院感控制提供参考信息。方法对郑州市骨科医院651例住院患者的手术切口分泌物细菌培养结果进行统计学分析。结果 651例手术切口分泌物细菌培养,阳性407例（阳性率62.51%）,阴性244例。在数量上,金黄色葡萄球菌最为常见（162例）,其次为大肠埃希菌（86例）,然后依次为铜绿假单胞菌（52例）、产气肠杆菌（34例）、表皮葡萄球菌（22例）、奇异变形杆菌（16例）等。结论手术切口感染以金黄色葡萄球菌为主MRSA的检出率高,指导临床合理使用抗生素并且加强医院感染
