对旋流分离器流场计算流体力学研究中的湍流模型、网格划分方案、控制方程离散格式及计算步骤等内容的选择进行了分析.通过与流场测量数据进行对比,指出雷诺应力模型比RNG k-ε模型更能表征分离器切向速度场的组合涡特征;非结构六面体网格划分方案的预测结果更精确;二阶迎风格式的模拟精度并不一定比QUICK格式的模拟精度差,在分离器结构设计及网格划分较复杂的情况下,推荐使用二阶迎风格式;在PISO算法的非稳态计算条件下,收敛残差量级可达10-6以上.优选的流场模拟研究方法可用于分离器流场分析及指导分离器工程设计.
The selection of turbulence model, meshing scheme, discretization scheme of governing equations and calculation steps of flow field computational fluid mechanics in cyclone separator was analyzed.Compared with the flow field measurement data, it was pointed out that the Reynolds stress model ratio RNG k-ε model can better characterize the combined vortex characteristics of the tangential velocity field of the separator; the prediction results of the unstructured hexahedral meshing scheme are more accurate; the simulation accuracy of the second-order upwind scheme is not necessarily worse than that of the QUICK model, The second order upwind scheme is recommended when the structure of the splitter is complex and the mesh is complex. Under the condition of unsteady calculation of PISO algorithm, the magnitude of the residual error can reach above 10-6. The research method can be used in the separator flow field analysis and instructor separator engineering design.
