塑料在钻探工程方面的应用,目前正被人们重视。当钻孔钻穿节理、裂隙及溶洞发育的复杂地层后,使地层失去固有的平衡状态,就经常发生冲洗液漏失或孔壁垮塌等现象,严重影响了钻进速度。经过我们几年来的试验证明,价廉的简易合成的脲醛树脂己能适用于裂隙性复杂地层防止冲洗液漏失的堵漏工作。由于脲醛树脂本身性较脆,物理机械强度不高和粘接岩石能力不够强等弱点,使其应用范围受到限制。为了改变此状况,使其也能适用于护孔,并替代部分无缝钢制作的套管,就有必要进行研究改善脲醛
