现阶段,我国100多家大学出版社正处于转制的过渡阶段,伴之而来的不仅是机遇,还有隐藏在背后的威胁。要想具有持续的竞争优势,必须有充足的、优质的人力资源作保障。从当前国内关于出版社人力资源管理的研究现状着手,归纳总结了国内对本课题的研究成果,指出今后的研究方向。
At this stage, more than 100 university publishing houses in our country are in the transitional phase of restructuring, accompanied by not only opportunities but also hidden threats behind them. To have a sustained competitive advantage, there must be sufficient and high-quality human resources for protection. From the current domestic research on the current situation of human resources management in publishing houses, this paper summarizes the domestic research results on this topic and points out the future research directions.
