目的　了解心理因素对功能性胃肠病 (FGD)患者的影响。方法　采用艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)及医院焦虑抑郁测定量表 (HAD)对我院消化内科门诊就诊的 6 7例FGD患者〔主要是功能性消化不良 (FD)和肠易激综合征 (IBS)〕进行调查 ,并与国内常模组及正常人群作对比分析。结果　在EPQ测定中男、女患者E值、P值与常模组比较均无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而N值有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;L值与常模组比较 ,男性无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,女性有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。在HAD测量中 ,A和D与正常人群比较均有显著性差异。结论　FGD患者情绪不稳定 ,情绪因素对FGD患者有重要影响。 Objective To understand the impact of psychological factors on patients with functional gastrointestinal disease (FGD).
