无论国际、国内形势的发展,还是企业、事业、农业实力的壮大,都需要拥有充裕的人力资源。铁路是国民经济的大动脉,特别是铁路提出了跨越式发展的战略,更迫切需要有充裕的人力资源作支撑。从目前情况看,大规模、短期内补充人力资源且有一定难度。因此,发挥现有人力资源的“最大化”显得尤为重要。以徐州铁路系统为例,近年来,他们注重从人力资源的内部挖潜出发,从发挥人力资源的“最大化”入手,取得事半功倍的效果。

The railway is the main artery of the national economy. In particular, the railway proposed a leapfrog strategy, and an urgent need for sufficient human resources for support. From the current situation, large-scale, short-term recruitment of human resources and have a certain degree of difficulty. Therefore, it is particularly important to maximize the existing human resources. Taking Xuzhou’s railway system as an example, in recent years, they have focused on tapping the internal potentials of human resources and started to give full play to the “maximum” of human resources.
