组织内部知识转移活动涉及的主体多而且主体间关系错综复杂,管理者的管理行为对发送者和接收者的行为能力会产生影响,进而影响知识转移效率。通过构建知识转移主体行为能力的测度模型,以管理者组织能力和激励机制为变量设计四组知识转移实验,分析不同管理变量下发送方和接收方的能力变化规律。结果表明:管理者通过组织和激励等管理方式激发和提升发送方和接收方的能力,有组织的知识转移效率明显高于无组织的知识转移效率;受激励程度越强,知识转移双方的能力提升幅度越大;在相同的组织与激励管理措施下,个体的发送能力比接收能力提升更加显著。
There are many subjects involved in the internal knowledge transfer activities of the organization and the relationship between the parties is complex. The management behaviors of the managers have an impact on the ability of the sender and the receiver, thus affecting the efficiency of knowledge transfer. By constructing a measurement model of the behavioral ability of knowledge transfer subjects, four sets of knowledge transfer experiments are designed with managers’ organizational ability and incentive mechanism as variables to analyze the changing rules of capabilities of the sender and receiver under different management variables. The results show that managers can stimulate and enhance the capabilities of sender and receiver through management methods such as organization and incentive. The efficiency of organized knowledge transfer is obviously higher than that of unorganized knowledge transfer efficiency.
